• Your confidentiality is our main priority and will be protected to the highest degree.*

• This service is staffed by trained, volunteer pilots. While they have skilled access to resources and a range of professionals, their primary role is to support you as a peer.

• The peer volunteer will not tell you what to do, make decisions for you or intervene on your behalf.

• The volunteer pilots, LSPAN, CAP or Norse Atlantic Airways cannot be held responsible for decisions and actions you may take following contact with LSPAN.

• We may ask you for feedback once you have finished using our service. Participation in this feedback is optional. 

• I am willing for the LSPAN to use my personal data as described in the privacy policy.

* The only limit is if you tell us that either you or the public's safety is in immediate danger. In this event, we will be obliged to act on this information - and this may include revealing your identity to the necessary authorities, proportionate with the threat and in line with our escalation policies.
