This service is exclusively for all pilots within Norse Airlines, using highly trained volunteers (all of whom are flight crew and are external to the company). 
  
The trained peers are there to listen confidentially and without judgement. As commercial airline pilots they know exactly what it's like to work in an aviation environment.  
 
This Peer Support Programme is governed to the highest professional and medical standards of confidentiality. It is managed and supervised by the Centre for Aviation Psychology, leading and independent experts in the field of aviation psychology.
